What is included?
Depending on the pack, you receive Start Here guides, clarity sprints, workbooks, dashboards, prompts, trackers, scorecards, calendars and launch checklists.
How do I receive the product?
After Stripe confirms payment, the confirmation page shows an Access your pack button. The files stay behind secure access and are not public downloads.
Is this a digital product?
Yes. Silarquen Business OS Starter Pack is a digital product delivered through secure download access after payment verification.
Which pack should I choose?
Starter is for idea clarity, Pro is recommended for building the full execution system, and Complete is for launch, validation and optimization.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time digital product purchase. Future subscription ideas are roadmap documentation only and are not active in checkout.
Do I need AI tools?
AI tools can help you use the prompts, but the worksheets, trackers and scorecards can also be completed manually.
I can do this with ChatGPT. Why buy this?
ChatGPT can generate ideas, but this pack gives a structured execution path, file order, trackers, scorecards, support boundaries and safe copy reminders so the work becomes easier to finish and review.
Why pay for templates?

How is download access handled?
Download access is provided after payment verification or manual access approval. Paid files are not public downloads.
What if I cannot access my pack?
Use the Access your pack button on the confirmation page. If the token is invalid, expired or unavailable, contact silarquen.support@gmail.com with the purchase email and pack name.
What should I open after purchase?
Open START_HERE_FIRST.md first, then follow the seven-day path for the pack you purchased.
What is the Digital Access Guarantee?
If your payment is confirmed and you cannot access your purchased pack because of a technical issue, contact support at silarquen.support@gmail.com. We will help restore access or review the order.
Are refunds available?
Because this is a digital product, purchases are final once secure download access has been provided. Refunds may be reviewed only for duplicate charges, verified technical access issues, or where required by applicable law.
